Abstract:
This study investigates the efficacy of lipolytic injections alone versus lipolytic injections combined with dietary modifications in weight management. A total of 22 participants (aged 32-48 years) with a starting weight of 67–89 kg were randomly assigned to two groups: Group A received lipolytic injections only, while Group B received lipolytic injections alongside a high-protein, low-refined carbohydrate, and low-fat diet. Measurements of waist circumference and weight were taken at baseline, 6 weeks, and 10 weeks. Results revealed that Group B experienced significantly greater reductions in both waist circumference and body weight compared to Group A, with notable improvements at both 6 and 10 weeks. These findings suggest that combining lipolytic injections with dietary changes provides a more effective approach for weight loss and waist reduction than injections alone.
